Terms of Service
When you purchase an MMPR Technologies plugin, MMPR Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on up to two (2) computers that you own or control, for commercial or non-commercial music production purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the software itself — only the right to use it under these terms. Audio output you create using the plugin is yours to use, distribute, and monetise without restriction.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the plugin installer or any of its files with any third party. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the plugin. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding included in the software.
MMPR Technologies plugins are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MMPR Technologies does not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMPR Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the plugin. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence.
MMPR Technologies may release updates to its plugins at its discretion. These terms apply to all versions unless superseded by updated terms accompanying a future release. MMPR Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All purchases from this site are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT on our behalf.
Because of this, “Lemon Squeezy” may appear on your bank or card statement instead of MMPR Technologies. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please check for that name before reporting it — and contact mmprtechnologies@gmail.com with your order reference and we will identify it for you.
